A deeper look at the outcome of my work.

Our analysis explored how alcohol consumption, age, and gender relate to what grades students receive in school ("GA"). We used this data because we felt it best related to students' alcohol consumption and grades. The results showed that alcohol consumption during the weekend (“Walc”) has a small negative effect on students' average grades, for example, for every one unit increase in weekend alcohol consumption, students’ average grades dropped by approximately 0.25 to 0.31 points. In certain models, this effect was not always significant but it became more apparent when we controlled for factors like age, gender, and parental education level.
